I want a new website, how does the process work?

Please contact us for a quotation by email or by filling the online form on our website. We'll contact you within one or two business days with a quotation that includes timelines, pricing, and more details. The next step is to approve the quote. The next step is an informal meeting over a coffee, lunch or at your business location, to go over website details and logistics. Finally a website agreement is written up and signed by both parties.

I have a website already but want to re-design it, how does the process work?

We will gladly re-design your website for you.  No one should be left with an old and outdated website, especially in today's dynamic business world. With our packages, we'll not only provide a professional re-design of your website, but we'll also maintain it. Contact us for a quotation.

What if I don't like the website?

If you don't like what you see, please let us know and we’ll re-design it. If you don’t like our design we'll scrap the whole thing and start over.  We want you to be satisfied with all aspects of the website.

We work on freelance basis, we are not cheap but our prices tend to be less than what a web design company would charge. We are all skilled in our field of work having years of experience under our belt, so expect striking results. We believe in customer satisfaction and will work hand in hand with you to ensure that you have an online presence your visitors will remember.

How much does a website cost?

There are many aspects that factor into the cost. These costs can vary depending on what your project needs. Please contact us to get a cost estimate for your website work. We will quote you a one-time cost that covers the hours needed to produce your website.

This one time cost comes as a package that would include the hours needed to design and develop your website, your domain registration, website statistics software that measures visits and performance, initial search engine integration and initial optimization to produce a ranking in major search engines, website space, email addresses, periodical file backups, attack protection and disaster recovery.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do. We usually ask our clients for a 30% deposit on all projects, to be paid before work begins on the website.

How long will it take for you to finish my project?

The project duration is specified in your quotation. To completely design and launch a new website it can take from a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on the project. One factor that always determines the duration of a project is your feedback and the time taken to produce any material needed.

What if I need to amend or update my website? What is the cost?

Minor website amendments and updates within the first year of the website production are free of charge. If you request a very minor amendment you will not be charged but any other minor or major website amendments or updates are charged at an hourly rate specified in your quotation and website agreement.

Do you provide website hosting?

We tend to just host the websites we work on ourselves. If you’re interested in hosting your website with us please contact us for more details and pricing.

Do you register domain names?

Can I see how many visitors are visiting my website?

Yes, you can. We usually set up statistics software for you, which will automatically record information about your website’s visitors.
